REQUIREMENT:

  • Must be proficient in Mandarin (Native or Near-Native) ,English (Fluent, spoken & written) ,Indonesian (Fluent, spoken & written)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any major) Majors in language, management, business, or communications are a plus

  • 1–3 years in assistant, secretary, translation, or project coordination roles

  • Experience working with Chinese teams or multinational companies is a plus

  • Experience in management support or project execution is preferred

  • Proficient with Office / Google Workspace / Notion

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

  • High confidentiality awareness and professional ethics

  • Excellent execution, detail-oriented, logical, and organized

  • Fast learner, adaptable to tech / internet / SaaS environments

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate internal & external communications on behalf of the Director

  • Arrange business trips (flights, hotels, meeting logistics)

  • Attend key meetings, prepare minutes, track tasks and deliverables

  • Coordinate with teams in China and other international branches

  • Monitor departmental progress and help push tasks to completion

  • Provide trilingual (Mandarin–English–Indonesian) translation & interpretation for Business meetings,Documents, contracts, emails Marketing materials & internal communication

  • Support communication with government bodies, partners, vendors, and clients

  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all cross-cultural communication

  • Track project progress and support execution across departments

  • Prepare documentation, workflow updates, and progress reports

  • Follow up with project members to ensure timely delivery

  • Conduct basic research, data collection, and preparation for Director’s requests

  • Assist with onboarding, internal coordination, and HR-related tasks

  • Communicate with partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders

  • Support basic company operations and content/process checks

  • Handle confidential documents with strict professionalism
