Kami memberikan syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities to support the CEO and contribute to the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle visa and travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Oversee import and logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery of goods and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient cross-functional communication and execution of tasks.
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes for the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with visa and travel coordination processes.
  • Knowledge of import procedures, logistics, and regulations is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
