Positions Summary :

The candidate is responsible for coordinating & executing all aspects of restaurant events & maintain good relations with customers or other parties.
This role requires exceptional organization skills, creativity, attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities 
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences and budget constraints 
2. ⁠Develop customized event proposal and menu options with General Manager to tailored the client needs
3. ⁠Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget.
4. ⁠Provide on-site supervision and coordination during events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly
5. ⁠Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and guests, identifying areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events. 
6. ⁠Assists in marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and promote the restaurant as a premier event location. 
7. ⁠Liaise with General Manager before and after events to ensure seamless execution of events. 
8. ⁠Maintain accurate records of event details, including client contracts, invoices & correspondence using appropriate system.
9. ⁠Assisting General Manager in the development and implementation of guest relations strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. 
10. ⁠Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, professionalism and customer service at all times.

Job Qualification :

1. Diplomas’s degree in hospital management, event planning, marketing or a related field preferred.
2. Female gender preference due to the nature of the role and accommodation of client preferences. 
3. Proven experience in event planning, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to details. 
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
6. Creative thinking & problem solving skill.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and event management software.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by event schedules. 
9. Impeccable professionalism and a polished appearance.
