Key Responsibilities

1. Research and Plan events (online and offline) with the best combination of quality and cost efficiency
2. Understand requirements for each event.
3. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.
4. Manage all event operations: supporting tools, merchandises, rundown, coordination with speakers, partners, and staff members.
5. Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports in system.
6. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
7. Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.
8. Lead and present the best of EF Adults’ brand awareness and experiences to external parties.
9. Develop relationships with potential clients to grow our business.
10. Manage event budget efficiently.
11. Performing administrative duties for the event, such as, purchase order, invoice and recording event data.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Specialist, Project Manager (offline and online events) are preferable)
2. Multitasker; able to work in target and deadline
3. Excel in project management, networking, communication, and negotiation
4. Adaptable & love to meet new people (good interpersonal skills)
5. Keen attention to details
6. Willing to travel and work in flexible hours.
7. Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
8. Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred.
9. Familiar with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Slides) and Microsoft excel, and other leads generation tools.
10. Target oriented (valid leads and other deliverables)
