About the Role
You will be part of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Team based in Jakarta, focusing on executing the internal investigations on a timely basis, in a confidential and professional manner, while working with cross-functional stakeholders and using a case management tool. Supporting the team to manage the end to end investigation process, making sure the right resources are allocated to each case (including internal investigators from other functions), and also ensuring the cases are tracked and addressed on a timely basis.
What You Will Do
- Manage the whistleblowing system (email, direct, outsourced system, etc) to categorize, assign the case to the relevant internal investigator, and track the progress of the cases with the relevant stakeholders to ensure they meet the service level turnaround time of 60 days.
- Review the internal investigation documentation collected and manage the completeness of the supporting documentation, report and evidence.
- Maintain the internal controls and disciplinary actions for each case are followed through on a timely basis.
- Draft a well-crafted executive summary with insightful analysis for regular reporting purposes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on investigation trends and insights for senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Proactive investigation review of expense reimbursements and procurement information to spot red flags and trends for the internal investigation team to look into.
- Participate in research and development projects for capacity building.
- Manage the Ethics & Compliance budget and other administrative duties that include but not limited to, assisting in procurement activities.
What You Will Need
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Mature, possesses a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within deadlines, numbers, and data in various formats.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Able to work in rapidly changing internal and external environments and support business in a highly competitive and challenging market.
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and businesses. Must be able to empathize and collaborate with various stakeholders from other functional teams
