Job Description Summary:

Establish work targets based on the conditions of Estate and directions that have been provided by the Management.

Job Description:

  • Arranging budgets based on field conditions that will be used as the basis for making a work plan
  • Create daily, monthly and annual work plan to subordinates to determine the effectiveness of work and uniformity of implementation
  • Manage the division and placement of workers according to their circumstances, abilities, and responsibility.
  • Establish work targets based on the conditions of the estate and directions that have been provided by the Management
  • Anticipate low and pick crop next month taking into account the needs of the workforce and supporting facilities
  • Provide regular briefings to all levels below it to ensure that all operations run well according to procedures
  • Approve material demand and expenditure and all other needs to support the operation of the estate
  • Coordinate with the factory to ensure continuity of processing at the plant

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
  • Minimal 4-5 years of experience in similar role, exposure in oil palm is a must.
  • Must be willing to be based in any Estate and Plasma assigned throughout Indonesia.

SMART’s palm oil plantations cover more than 138,00 hectares (including smallholder farmers).
