BECIS develops, finances, and operates comprehensive solutions to Commercial and Industrial customers with significant presence in Thailand, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and China. BECIS leverages its deep technical expertise and a strong balance sheet to finance, design, build, and operate onsite complex energy projects through long-term contracts to help industrial customers to meet their energy cost reduction, sustainability, and resiliency goals. 
 

• Collect and analyze ESG data relevant to our operations and investments, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare detailed ESG reports and presentations for stakeholders, including FMO, BII, Norfund, and BE, aligning with their specific ESG reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights, and to implement ESG strategies and practices.
• Stay abreast of global ESG reporting standards and regulations, ensuring our compliance and leadership in sustainability.
• Suppport the development and implementation of ESG initiatives and sustainability projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate ESG performance and strategies effectively.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze environmental and social data from across the organization, identifying key trends, impacts, and areas for improvement to ensure a robust foundation for the annual ES report.
• Data Compilation and Verification: Collect, verify, and consolidate data from various departments on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This includes financial figures, operational metrics, and sustainability indicators, which are critical for assessing the organization’s performance and progress.
• Report Design and Production: Design and produce comprehensive monthly reports that effectively communicate key information, trends, and insights to management and stakeholders. Utilize visual aids such as charts and graphs to enhance readability and facilitate a better understanding of the data presented.
• Analysis and Recommendation: Analyze monthly data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide concise summaries and actionable recommendations based on this analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Data Analysis, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in ESG data analysis and reporting, preferably with experience preparing reports for FMO, BII, Norfund, or BE.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and an understanding of the social and environmental challenges affecting the global financial industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
