About The Company:

• The working venue is in Bojonegoro, East Java.

• Our client is a Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for ESG Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to ESG policies and procedures.

• Create and execute ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the organization’s values and goals.

• Conduct thorough ESG assessments to identify key sustainability risks and opportunities

• Lead the development and execution of ESG strategy, policies, and programs across the factory.

• Drive sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and carbon footprint management.

• Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Develop and manage ESG disclosure obligations and technology systems.

• Develop and implement community outreach programs to educate local residents about the factory’s waste management practices and environmental safety measures.

• Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to raise awareness about the potential impacts of toxic waste and proper disposal methods.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties and customers

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related.

• Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient for technical communication with European expats).

• Min. 7 year of experience as an ESG Compliance in footwear or garment industry with 3 years of experience as Leader/Management (managing ESG team), experienced in doing audit including online and coordinating with external parties.

• Familiar with standard of ESG regulation and frameworks, knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, chemical compliance (ZDHC, MRSL, RSL) and social compliance standards (BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, SLCP, and Higg FSLM/FEM), data analysis of ESG metrics, and understanding or risk assessment methods and Corrective Action Plan management.

• Strong leadership skill, good communication skill, proactive, responsible, and strong cross functional coordination abilities.

• Able to work on Saturday (half day).
