Untuk kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major or similar with a financial controller
  • Solid competencies within financial controlling and reporting methodology
  • 4-10 years of working experience from same or similar ESG positions, audit & advisory, financial controlling, etc.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) application
  • Excellent in both verbal & written English
  • Analytical, through and attentive to detail
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Prior work experience within ESG is not a requirement, but a keen interest and desire to work with and develop ESG competencies is a prerequisite

Responsibilities:

  • Secure that monthly/quarterly/annual ESG reporting to Group is timely, accurate, complete, and in compliance with the ESG Accounting manual and applicable ESG frameworks this will require engaging with other functions responsible for providing relevant ESG data, validating and controlling input ESG data, submitting ESG data to Group via designated reporting channels, engage with Group ESG controlling in validation and controlling efforts
  • Secure that statutory ESG reporting is timely, accurate, complete, and in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Ensure that reconciliation between statutory and Group ESG reporting is correct (understanding the drivers of reconciliation differences between statutory and Group reporting requirements
  • Prepare internal reports, insight, and analyses to business unit manager Country Leadership Team (CLT) as support in decision making
  • Provide ad hoc advice and input on ESG related data points
  • Engage with global ESG controlling community
