Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.
This role sits within the ERP SAP team of Hyundai AutoEver, which encompasses the SAP SCM solutions respectively. As a CO Specialist of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP ERP system’s capability and be responsible for the creation, enhance, and delivery of SAP FICO solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation.
Job Description
The CO Specialist is responsible for delivering a solution or supporting the technical portion of the SAP financial functionality that meets the business requirements, including but not limited to CO-PA; CO-PC; CO-PC actual costing; CO-PC material ledger; CCA; PCA; CEA; ABC; IO; Budget control & management.
To provide expertise supporting the development of functional specifications, and daily operations SAP FICO documentation.
To support all function and technical aspects and facilitates the definition of all relevant aspects of the operation and technical business functionality of the ERP system related to financial area.
To provide expertise in configuring the identified business process using SAP customizing tools available; has proficient understanding of the SAP CO functionality and the integration points with other modules (FI/MM/SD/PM/PP/QM/VMS).
Take responsibility to monitor master data, system configuration, transactions, business process changes. in order to make sure the CO operation & CO closing can run smoothly and accomplish the business user’s requirements.
To collaborate with finance, sales and operations planning, distribution resource planning, product cost planning and other teams while working towards CO management in enterprise.
Focus on the overall end user satisfaction.
Daily Supervise, monitor, and solve any issues for the smooth operation, and monitor the scheduled background jobs.
Provide help support in any SAP ERP issues or requests related with CO area.
Maintain daily support tickets in IT support tool and make sure the relevant data are documented. Monitor and support any incidents, especially make sure very high priority issues are tracked actively.
Set the right classification on relevance and priority for required new or changes to functionality, once properly analyzed will be dispatched for further processing
Maintaining and usage of FAQ and other knowledge data bases for 1st level user support.
He/she reports daily status & progress update to relevant management.
Posts own information to share lessons learned and new tips and information.
Understands and ensures that quality standards are met.
Participate in SAP Applications improvement & enhancement, and projects.
Design, build, configure, test and roll-out SAP Applications enhancements and projects, according to agreed deliverables and deadlines.
Continuously improve SAP skill and consulting skill to meet company demand and global trend.
Contribute significantly to company growth.
Willingness to learn and to do more, continuously self improvement and skill sustainability.

Able to communicate IDEA, and have good communication skills.

Has excellent logic and critical & structural thinking.
Competencies
Has experience in S/4HANA (at least 1909) is a must.
Has excellent integration knowledge with FI / MM / SD / PM / PP / QM / VMS is a must.
Has DEEP knowledge & experience related to CO-PA; CO-PC; CO-PC actual costing; CO-PC material ledger; CCA; PCA; CEA; ABC; IO; Budget control & management is a must.
Able to manage personal day-to-day support activity, complete any user request and problem solving in timely manner.
Has good experience & concept understanding related to integration with all close modules.
Has a good understanding of SAP FI basic concept would be advantage.
Experience in Fiori is a plus.
Has strong experience in CO user exit, enhancement, custom reporting.
Has a good understanding in basic technical ABAP programming (read a program / code, develop functional specs, search and read tables, ABAP debugging) will be a plus.
At least 5+ years’ of solid proven track record in the SAP FICO implementation and/or roll out with at least 3+ new implementation project end to end cycle, and 2+ Rollout implementation project end to end cycle.
Job Requirements
► Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related major.
Advanced English level (FLUENT both oral and written).
► Work Experience
5+ Years as a SAP FI/CO Consultant
3+ New implementation project and to end cycle
3+ Rollout implementation project end to end cycle
► Skill and Knowledge
Advanced: SAP CO Functional Competency, CO-PA, CO-PC, Material Ledger.
Proficient: Core Competency, SAP Integration Knowledge, SAP Configuration Knowledge, SAP Solution Experience, SAP Best Practice Solution, Technology Knowledge, Testing Knowledge, System documentation habit.
Basic: Manufacture Industry, Automotive Industry Experience, Self-learning, Self-improvement, Flexible & highly adaptable, SAP CO (mandatory), SAP FI (preferred)
