Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi ERP Product Manager di kantor PT Social Bella Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Barat dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun persyaratan yang kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience as product or project manager for IT projects
Have prior experience as ERP Product Manager in Finance / ECommerce Industry is advantage
Strong in analytical and logic
Can communicate well also can speak English and explain things constructively
Have a good initiative, fast learner, problem solver and get things done

Job Descriptions :

Handle ERP system and its internal and external API
Make plan to innovate and improve current feature and maintain timeline
Measure or make sure the plan are beneficial and impactful
Understand all system flows, from input, process and output and able to explain fluently to basic and advance
users
Understand the plan and proposal and make the required PRD and able to explain fluently to tech users in more technical manner (no need coding, but need to understand how the logic should flow in the code)
Able to analyze big chunk of data and can distinctively tell if the recording or calculation correct and make sense
Maintain all workloads in the team
