The qualified candidate will be continuously groomed to become Oracle Consultant (Functional or Technical) or SAP Functional Consultant through intensive in-house training continued by on-the-job training under supervision and mentoring by Junior Manager. The SAP Consultant Trainee candidate will be assigned to PT Equine Global and Oracle Consultant Trainee candidate will be assigned to PT Optima Data Internasional.

SAP CONSULTANT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

• Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution based on SAP Functionalities through:
  • Analyzing client business requirements thoroughly.
  • Engaging in discussions with clients to enhance their business processes effectively.
  • Configuring SAP systems according to the specific needs of the client.
  • Delivering comprehensive training sessions and facilitating knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Managing the conversion process and ensuring smooth data upload into the system.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or entry-level professional with maximum 1-year working experience
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting/Computerized Accounting
• Have knowledge or basic certification in SAP is a competitive advantage
• Fast learner and good analytical thinking
• Have high interest and enthusiasm with anything related to SAP
• Able to work in a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Willing to travel and be stationed at the implementation sites across Indonesia
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Able to join as soon as possible

ORACLE CONSULTANT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

Oracle Functional Consultant:

• Conduct system implementation activities using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion application for Financial and Inventory Modules, also Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application for HCM Modules.
• Provides solution for client’s requirement using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion and Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application.
• Working as a team in implementation projects.
• Creates documentation as part of project deliverables.
• Maintain good communication with client during implementation project.

Oracle Technical Consultant:

• Develop applications, reporting, and integration
• Provides solution for client’s requirement using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion application.
• Working as a team in implementation projects.
• Creates documentation as part of project deliverables.
• Maintain good communication with client during implementation project.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or entry-level professional with a maximum 1-year working experience.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree :
  • Oracle Functional Consultant : Finance/Accountancy/Information System/Industrial Engineering/Psychology or equivalent, preferably with major : Accounting / Computerized Accounting.
  • Oracle Technical Consultant : Computer Science or Informatics Engineering. And have good grasp of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Age maximum 25 years old.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good communication skills, able to influence, negotiate and conduct presentation with customer.
• Willing to travel to customer site in Jakarta / Outside Jakarta for certain period.
• Available for Full-Time position.
• Able to join as soon as possible.
