Qualifications & experience

• Age Limit: Candidates must be under 32 years of age
• Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in a related field is mandatory
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
• Educational Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Negotiation Skills: Must have proven ability to negotiate equipment solutions effectively with manufacturers.
• Position Level: This role is ideally suited for non-management and non-supervisory staff

Tasks & responsibilities

• Review and optimize TPM standards for production equipment maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve production equipment issues for operators.
• Lead equipment repair and upgrades, and develop major modification plans.
• Conduct technical evaluations for new equipment.
• Manage technical data and equipment materials, and oversee daily operations.
• Develop and optimize TPM standards, conduct training, and manage audits.
• Design and program using PLC systems.
• Operate and apply robotics technology.
