The Opportunity

Xplorate is a leading provider of aerial intelligence solutions for the energy generation, mining, government, and emergency response sectors. Our innovative approach to data collection and analysis using remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) and leading edge sensors helps our customers make informed decisions and improve their operations. 

Xplorate seeks an Environmental Specialist adept in sales and customer satisfaction within the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of environmental solutions while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset, fluent English communication skills, and qualifications in environmental sciences. Prior experience in emissions monitoring is a distinct advantage, along with a willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of Xplorate’s environmental solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction with our services.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on business opportunities within the environmental solutions market across Asia Pacific.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of environmental sciences to effectively communicate and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Travel: Engage in frequent travel within the region to meet clients, understand market dynamics, and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Sciences or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the environmental solutions sector. Prior involvement in emissions monitoring is highly advantageous.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages within the region is a plus.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Location and Schedule: This role is based in the Asia Pacific region, ideally within the Perth – Singapore timezone. The position requires flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
