Job Description:

  1. Conduct workplace environmental management activities.

  2. Perform environmental measurements in the workplace.

  3. Carry out inspections, evaluations, and follow-up actions based on environmental measurement results.

  4. Socialize environmental policies to all employees and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

  5. Complete and review IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya Pencemaran dan Risiko) documentation for environmental management.

  6. Develop procedures for environmental management in accordance with IBPR standards.

  7. Ensure equipment and work areas comply with environmental SOPs.

  8. Promote environmental management within the workplace.

  9. Achieve zero environmental pollution incidents.

  10. Maintain or improve environmental audit scores.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, or related field

  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements

  • Hands-on experience with environmental monitoring tools

  • Strong reporting, documentation, and inspection skills

  • Good communication and training delivery capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Preferably has driving license for operating light vehicles (SIM A in Indonesia)

Sinarmas Mining is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. Our subsidiaries in Coal Mining are Berau Coal Energy and Golden Energy Mines and some other mining companies. Currently we operate in three areas: South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and Jambi. Currently, the Company sells coal to the Indonesian domestic market and export market in meeting customer needs which mainly consists of power plants, paper mills, cement and coal trading companies that purchase coal for resale.
