Segera dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Entertainment Business Manager (HQ-BSD CIty) di perusahaan PT Aeon Mall Indonesia untuk domisili Tangerang Regency & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Manajemen – Area/Multi-lokasi (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment Business Manager to oversee the strategic operations and business performance of our entertainment division. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction of our entertainment & sport park, while also aligning with AEON Mall Indonesia’s overall business objectives.

Key Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a reputable University

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the entertainment, amusement, or sport park industry.

  3. Have job experience and a keen sense of business profit/loss management.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Demonstrated leadership in managing, motivating, and developing teams.

  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  7. In-depth understanding of the local retail and entertainment market and its trends.

  8. Interest or prior experience in mall management is an advantage.

  9. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Job Description:

  1. Lead and oversee daily operations of sports and amusement park tenants, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  2. Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

  3. Establish and manage strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.

  4. Analyze market trends and customer behavior related to sports or amusement parks to identify new areas for growth and improvement.

  5. Plan, manage, and optimize operational and promotional budgets to maximize return on investment.

  6. Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance engagement and brand positioning.

  7. Foster a high-performance culture by guiding, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve business goals collectively.
