Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Enrichment Program Coord. (AlSut) (AM) di tempat usaha Yayasan Bina Nusantara untuk domisili Tangerang District & Banten atau sekitarnya.
Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Psikologi, Konseling & Kerja Sosial (Kesehatan & Medis) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.
o Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
o Assist students with learning process
o Assessing student’s learning
Perform Research Activities:
O Participate actively in specific research projects
O Propose new topics for research projects
O Maintain a program of research or artistic creativity
O Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences
Perform Community Services:
O Participate actively in community service programs
O Propose new program for community service
Content Development & Evaluation Activities :
Enrich and maintain course material.
Review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources review and revision (every semester).
Assist the course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement to support the accreditation process
Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Dean/Head of Department/Program
Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback
Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according the standard
Ensure on time completion of content development & evaluation process
Enrichment Program Review :
Review program development learning plan for Enrichment Program in related program study.
Provide program revision according to required needs of related program study.
Provide innovative and creative ideas to support the Enrichment Program enhancement.
Discuss with the respective Department / Program to review the learning plan for Enrichment Program tracks (i.e., Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Internship, and Research).
Work collaboratively with Faculty/School to create policy and procedures for ensuring the academic quality and integrity of the program.
Enrichment Program Operation :
Guarantee effective operational activities related to Enrichment Program (in coordination with Deputy Head of School/Program, and other Units in BINUS University).
Maintain and update faculty supervisor’s list in BINUS Maya.
Maintain effective operations and database administration for monitoring purposes.
Develop Enrichment Program guidelines for students and updates as required.
Enrichment Program Implementation :
Establish good organization relationship with required institutions and local authorities.
Explore opportunities and placement possibilities for students in each program track (Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Internship, and Research).
Assist HoD/HoP in selecting faculty supervisors for student assignment.
Attend the Enrichment Program pre-departure briefing for each program track
Guarantee effective students’ involvement and on time completion in related Enrichment Program.
Work alongside Faculty/School and academic departments to identify and promote Enrichment Program for related program study.
Coordinate the student allocation preparation and process related to Enrichment Program acceptance and provide report to respective area (i.e., Student Registration and Scheduling Center, Global Employability and Entrepreneurship, Research and Technology Transfer, Community Development).
Ensure timely placement for students at related facilities to carry out and complete the required program.
Provide assistance and consultation for students in program evaluation and progress report.
Prepare the Enrichment Program recruitment process, by coordinating it with respective area according to program (Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Internship, and Research).
Monitor the Enrichment Program implementation with program supervisor/representative.
Monitor the Enrichment Program implementation with faculty supervisor
Distribute the Enrichment Program report from students to lecturers and company or organization.
Coordinate the lecturer assignment to be the faculty supervisor in order to guide students during program implementation period.
Ensure on time completion of Enrichment Program report from students.
Ensure verification of the Enrichment Program score by HoD/HoP.
Arrange Enrichment Program examination process session.
Ensure the Enrichment Program score submission and report, in coordination with respective area (i.e., Global Employability and Entrepreneurship, Research and Technology Transfer, Community Development).
Students Involvement and Communication :
Proactively inform and communicate to students’ regarding the Enrichment Program (i.e., purpose, participation).
Monitor and ensure effective students’ involvement in the program.
Oversees consultation, training and assistance to students on program implementation.
Organize and conduct Enrichment Program information session to students (regularly).
Program Evaluation and Report :
Assess the effectiveness of the Enrichment Program.
Evaluate and monitor the progress of Enrichment Program.
Ensure Enrichment Program reports standard compliance (from related organization/institution).
Review and evaluate the Enrichment Program periodically (mid and final semester).
Provide improvement for Enrichment Program to enhance program effectiveness.
Management Support Activities :
Provide report to direct supervisor.
Monitor the overall documentation process in related area.
Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities.
Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor.
Perform the role of lecturer as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.
Education Requirement :
Education: Master Degree with relevant field of knowledge
Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Lektor Kepala
Education: Doctoral Degree with relevant field of knowledge
