Summary

The engineering manager is generally responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the technical and engineering activities of an organization. They are responsible for planning engineering projects and overseeing the efficient running of projects, including providing supervision and guidance to other engineers.

Responsibility

You have an important role in:

• Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Ensuring that the facilities, layout, and machinery used to produce finished goods run to their maximum efficiency and output includes total preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical
• Planning engineering projects and overseeing the efficient running of projects, including providing supervision and guidance to other members
• Responsible for overall activities in the engineering department
• Maintain and run Continuous Improvement

Qualification

To be successful in this position, we need you to be:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent from Reputable University with GPA above 3
• Experience as an same position and have a Minimum of 5 years experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Capable and familiar with ISO series, 5S, Kaizen system, and Safety
• Deep understanding of practical problem solving
• Have strong leadership and management
• Proficient in English
• Maximum age is 35 years old
• Willing to be placed in Pasuruan – Jawa Timur
• Able to endure six months to one year of training in Japan
