About Our Client

The company is a multi-disciplinary arts venue in the heart of Jakarta city comprising a theatre, art museum, gallery space, and multi function rooms. It is a part of a business group, which has owned over 11 different sectors, including Real Estate Developer, Office Building, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Apartments, Recreation, Education, Health Centre, Agriculture, Telecommunications, and Art Centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineering and facilities teams for building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems, equipment, and
  components to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze energy consumption data, identify opportunities for efficiency
  improvements, and implement sustainable practices.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols for building systems and equipment to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory
  changes relevant to building management, and recommend appropriate actions or upgrades.
• Assist in emergency response planning and training, ensuring readiness to handle unforeseen events and minimize disruptions to building operations.

As an Engineering Support, you will be ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of various systems and components within our buildings. Provide technical assistance to our engineering and facilities teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance the performance and sustainability of our buildings.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of experience in building management, facilities engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with building systems and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
