JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for reducing unplanned machine breakdown/damage by improving the planning process, standard procedures and maintenance execution as well as optimizing the maintenance program at the site through progressive maintenance.
• Responsible for spare parts management including spare parts warehouse, main workshop operations and central tool store.
• Responsible for evaluating asset performance and updating data in the ERS (Equipment Replacement Strategy) system.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement the Asset Identification Code (AKZ) according to Bayer’s latest best practice
• Review, evaluate and minimize the occurrence of unplanned downtime and prevent similar things from happening again by developing improvement and/or modification processes.
• Responsible for planning maintenance programs and spare parts management using CMMS.
• Responsible for the operations of the main workshop and central tool store to repair parts needed for site operations.
• Responsible for Evaluation of asset performance and updated data in ERS (Equipment Replacement Strategy) system
• Responsible for developing CMMS for maintenance in the Engineering Department
• Ensure that all compression tooling required by the production process is always ready and organize the work flow of tooling technicians
• Create analytical data for continuous improvement based on data from systems including ACA, FMEA and risk based methods.
• Ensure that all technical documentation is available when needed, including maintenance data records, calibration data records, trending records, etc.
• Responsible for development and training for the team. Review and establish annual objectives for developing team knowledge and abilities. Plan and carry out recruitment, rotation and job expansion for the team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum S1 graduate (electrical / mechanical / informatics / mechatronics engineering)
• Have work experience in the Manufacturing Industry for a minimum of 5 years
• Have experience being part of an organization for handling CMMS and data queries and maintenance data analysis for at least 2 years
• Have experience as an implementer/planner for maintenance of production and packaging machines for at least 2 years
• Understand and be able to speak and write in English
• Have good leadership and communication skills
• Customer oriented
• Have the ability to control conflict and ambiguity
• Can work together in a team
