This position is responsible for overseeing the work of the engineering teams. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the team while ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Should have experience in facility and site management, especially in general affairs such as security management, cleaning service management, and industrial relation. Ability to work on project field construction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations meet budget needs, project goals, specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure that building, machinery, equipment, and utilities are functioning properly
• Prepare yearly planned maintenance schedule forbuilding, machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Supervise breakdown & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and investigation
• Monitor, control, and record improvement in daily log sheet for building,machinery, equipment, and utilities
• Oversee validation, parts procurement and management, calibration, maintenance permit, and engineering operating standards, among others.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to subordinates, and evaluates existing operating procedures and set new procedures as required.
• Supervise the management of the facilities
• Update technical drawing both 2D or 3D
• Prepare the department’s budget and monitor budget expenditures.
• Supervise spare parts management
• Review staffing and administrative services.
• Monitor spending including cost reduction and meeting cost containment targets
• Maintain strict compliance and integrity procedures
• Implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in all aspects of responsibility as an engineering supervisor
• Create a daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring report for project construction
• Prepare periodic engineering and facility report documents
• Implement improvement projects for efficient and effective Plant Performance
• Any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field.
• Preferably 8 years of working experience with 5 years of supervisory working experience in engineering, facility & General Affairs in the IVD industry and pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong skills and knowledge in HVAC & Pure-water system
• Preferably with experience as a field supervisor in a new plant construction project.
• Strong communication skills in order to negotiate, lead and persuade internal/external stakeholders.
• Possess strong leadership qualities.
