An Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing and managing the staffs under his supervision. Both the Engineering Supervisor and the Engineering Leader should be able to develop the existing team and maintain the teamwork, not only as a ruling jobholder in which they can give any assignments to the subordinates. An Engineering Leader should work closely with his Engineering Supervisor and help him to maintain the team balance and productivity. These positions liaise closely with other teams such as TRO, Receptionist, Fit Out, etc. They operate as a technical lead and subject matter expert in providing end to end engineering advice and support in respect of one or more areas of technical systems and services in the apartment building. Job Descriptions:

• Make work schedule and work activities for the team
• Manage operational activities in engineering department
• Monitoring and checking up for the work progress done by the team
• Responsible in doing direct and indirect supervision to all the team members, giving coaching / training so that the team member can upgrade their skills, acquire the minimum capacity needed to do the daily works, and handle the troubles
• Responsible in coordinating and manage the solid team work, both in field and at the office
• Maintenance and control equipment
• Evaluates engineering staff performance
• Responsible for engineering work in all areas of the apartment
• Provide data for daily, monthly, and annual report for Management

 Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem solving
• Able to work individually and in team-oriented environment
• Calculate the current electricity needs and compare with the capacity owned, electrical supply and its efficient
