Key of responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliable and efficient operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and other building systems.
• Reviewing preventive maintenance reports.
• Responding to and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and tenant/resident requests promptly.
• Managing and overseeing the work of external maintenance contractors and vendors.
• Inspecting facilities regularly to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitoring and optimizing energy usage to reduce consumption and costs.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, security and safety regulations (HSE), and environmental requirements.
• Collaborating with the property management team to maintain the overall functionality and appearance of the building.
• Participating in budget planning and capital improvement projects.
• Keeping up-to-date equipment maintenance logs, inventory, and updating preventive maintenance manuals quarterly.
• Controlling and monitoring the operation of all equipment.
• Creating and preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring their proper implementation/utilization.
• Effectively and efficiently controlling management operational costs.
• Performing other responsibilities related to operational continuity as instructed by the building manager/head of department.
• Ensuring compliance with housekeeping and hospitality standards.
• Establishing good communication with owner representatives and the team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of experience as an Engineer Supervisor
• Domiciled in Bali and other City but willing to relocate to Bali
• Certification or licensure in relevant trades (e.g., HSE/K3) preferred
• Strong technical expertise in building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Good team-working skills and strong leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external stakeholders, and customer service abilities
• Fluency in English, both oral and written, will be an advantage
• Strong operational abilities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Disciplined and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, responsive, responsible, and reliable
• Willingness to work long hours (including weekends/public holidays)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
