About the Project:
Our new project focuses on a diverse range of high-quality coconut products, including raw coconuts, copra, charcoal, activated carbon, coconut husk, coco peat, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, coconut water, and much more. As we scale up operations, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative in the coconut industry—a sector with immense potential for growth and global impact.

Position Overview:
As an Engineer at PT. Indo Thai Coco Investama, you will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and overseeing production processes across various coconut product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation throughout all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop process flow diagrams and system layouts for diverse coconut processing lines (including products such as coconut milk, activated carbon, desiccated coconut, and more).

• Conduct feasibility studies, assist in cost estimations, and participate in project planning.

• Optimize production processes to enhance product quality, improve productivity, and increase energy efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.

• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of the project.

• Perform regular maintenance checks on production equipment to ensure reliability.

• Train and support production teams on new processes, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields).

• Proven experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in agriculture, food processing, or sustainable industries.

• Familiarity with coconut processing technologies (experience with products like coconut oil, copra, activated carbon, etc. is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
