Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem untuk posisi Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Associate Manager di perusahaan PT Heinz ABC Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Employer Branding
Lead employer branding strategy and activities in Kraft Heinz ABC Indonesia- both for young talents and professional. Including but not limited to social media content management- LinkedIn activation and collaboration with third party. 
•    Maintain HereatKraftHeinz.ID Instagram page in accordance to EB 4 pillars and collaborate with Internal Communications (InterCom) team (content and posting)
•    Maintain and create initiative to boost internal employee as company ambassador- i.e. Frienz of Heinz
•    Maintain KH Open House Program
•    Join talks with 3rd party or other company 
•    Develop and continue KH Business Case Competition
•    Develop new EB program initiative that targeting mid to senior level professionals- i.e. video podcast etc. 
•    Join force with L&D and InterCom to continue Women Leaders Forum & Agenda (i.e. invite our women leaders as speaker in external forum)
•    Support LiveWell by IG coverage and IG content posting. 

Management Trainee Program
Lead Management Trainee program to provide future leaders as a part of succession plan to ensure sustainability of business in terms of talent supply and succession for the company. This program is managed by end to end process from recruitment- on boarding- program development & coaching- and evaluation. 
Management Trainee Program
•    Adopt and adapt International Zone (IZ) guideline related to International Management Trainee Program (IMTP)
•    Adapt IZ & Global guidance to establish Management Trainee curriculum local (if applicable)
•    Coordinate with external parties & internal stakeholder in managing mass recruitment program and implementation.
•    Coordinate with the respective stake holder BOD- users- & HRBPs for the program curriculum- implementation- and evaluation.
•    Lead deployment of Management Trainee program- including OJT until graduation and placement. 

University Relations
•    Collaborate with Career Centre for the management trainee related process- in recruitment or program communications.
•    Establish and maintain good relationship with Career Center and campus management in targeted university in Indonesia to ensure sustainable corporate branding in each university.
•    Develop activities to build students engagement to the company and increase their awareness to the company by joining career fair- university visit- join campus talks etc. 

Internship Program
Lead end-to-end process of our Internship Program. 
•    Open and discuss with HRBP on the intern slot planning
•    Lead the program communications in IG post- selection- and onboarding
•    Target 3 batches of Interns every year- with 3 months duration each. 

Critical Roles
•    Conduct active sourcing and interview to ensure we are ready for pipeline of our critical roles from external. 
•    CV screening and interview is the target for this KPI

Ad-hoc Projects and Reports
?    Support Senior Talent Manager to prepare Monthly Performance Review (MPR) or ad-hoc report related to Trainees- Interns and EB initiatives
?    Analyze- find root cause and create action plans & projects following issue arise in related area. 
?    Manage and monitoring ZBB especially under sub package of recruitment- employer branding budget spending as per plan
?    Involve in annual budgeting process focusing on EB- Trainees and Interns cost.
