Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Stay updated and informed on current social media trends to improve employer branding content.
• Create and produce employer branding content based on trends, strategy, and business needs to achieve employer branding goals.
• Manage and monitor employer branding activities through partnerships to achieve operational excellence and optimize activities.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of employer branding content on social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) to optimize employer branding content strategy.
• Handle administrative tasks related to employer branding operations to achieve operational excellence.

Does it match your criteria?

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communciation, Management, or related field
• Preferably have 0-1 years of experience in Employer Branding roles, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Perfect if you have 1 years experience as Employer Branding
• Strong knowledge in Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, with a Toefl EPT score of at least  ≥ 475
• Have ability in Microsoft Office, Social Media Engagement
