Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ (but not limited to) for embedded systems.

• Solid understanding of microcontroller architecture (but not limited to ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience with embedded development tools, IDEs, and firmware debugging techniques.

• Strong ability to read and interpret datasheets for correct peripheral and register configuration.

• Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS), even if not used in current implementation.

• Clear communication skills and a strong inclination toward cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M development.

• Experience with OTA update systems and secure firmware deployment.

• Exposure to wireless protocols such as BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, or Wi-Fi.

• Basic knowledge of embedded hardware and electrical signal behavior.

• Proficiency with Python for scripting, testing, or automation tasks.

• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals principle.

• Experience working with GitHub, GitLab, or similar repositories.

• Documentation of past work through personal GitHub, Hackster.io, or other platforms

Key of Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware using C/C++ (but not limited to), tailored for microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and others.

• Develop robust drivers and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, ADC, PWM, CAN, etc.) that enable seamless device operation.

• Ensure firmware maintainability and readability through clean architecture and modular codebase.

• Implement secure and efficient data acquisition and communication with IoT platforms (e.g., MQTT, HTTP).

• Analyze and interpret component datasheets to configure peripherals correctly and safely.

• Collaborate closely with hardware, sensor, and platform teams to ensure proper firmware–hardware integration.

• Utilize debugging tools (serial console, JTAG, SWD, logic analyzer) to troubleshoot and validate system behavior.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation covering firmware flow, interfaces, limitations, and testing strategies.

• Adhere to version control best practices and participate in peer reviews to maintain code quality across the team
