About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate Jewelry Consultant to join the team at Passion Jewelry in Jakarta. As an Elite Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our discerning clientele. This is a contract role, offering the flexibility to work around your lifestyle.

What you’ll be doing

1. Providing personalised and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect pieces to meet their needs and style preferences

2. Maintaining an extensive understanding of our jewellery collections, gemstones, and production processes

3. Cultivating a loyal customer base through exceptional service and product expertise

4. Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques

5. Ensuring the retail space is beautifully presented and merchandised at all times

6. Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation

7. Representing the Passion Jewelry brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end retail or luxury sales environment

2. Deep passion for the jewellery industry and exceptional product knowledge

3. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships

4. Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

6. Flexible and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude

7. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
