Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor (Indonesia) to oversee and manage day-to-day electrical operations within data centre environments. The role ensures all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and operated safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors.

• Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance work comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems including LV and HV distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality compliance.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of electrical systems, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.

• Support commissioning activities and provide technical guidance during project handovers.

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

• Represent the organisation professionally and uphold its core values in all dealings with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Maintain business and client confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection and Information Security standards.

Requirements:

• Recognised electrical engineering qualification or equivalent.

• Proven experience supervising electrical operations in data centres or other mission-critical environments.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong understanding of HV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and BMS systems.

• Familiarity with data centre power infrastructure and redundancy design (N+1, 2N systems).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement electrical safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.

• Strong auditing, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
