Our Client: 

Our client is a multinational that manufactures and distributes industrial, specialty, and medical gases, as well as a variety of connected services such as gas equipment installation, pipeline installation, on-site plants, and associated engineering services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create a zero-incident safety culture by providing adequate training/instructions to electrical supervisors, contractors & visitors concerning hazards & safe behaviors.
• Ensure electrical work is only conducted by authorized competent persons and complies with statutory & regulatory requirements.
• Identify and propose continuous improvements to electrical equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls refer to plant problems as soon as possible, investigate and plan for repairing work to bring equipment back to normal operation.
• Ensure SAP PM work orders are completed promptly and follow-up notifications for all maintenance requirements in SAP PM. Liaise with the operation team for timely closure of actions.
• Implementing the best maintenance practices, standards, processes, and specifications across this area.
• Head investigations along with site operations to identify and resolve plant electrical system issues.
• Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs by developing budgets, and estimating labor, material, and construction costs.
• Plan and be responsible for purchasing spare parts to maintain the decided stock of spare parts.
• Maintain electrical systems documents up to date including SLD and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (power).
• Experience as an electrical engineer in an industrial plant, or petrochemical plant, and having solid exposure to maintain electrical equipment.
• Five (5) years in continuous process plants on maintenance, repair & overhaul of electrical equipment [e.g. motors, transformers, switchgear, UPS, etc]
• Knowledge, training, and experience in electrical maintenance
  Holding an electrical expert certificate (AK3L) from the government of Indonesia.
