Job Overview

Ensure the normal operation and maintenance of electrical system, so that the electrical system runs smoothly. Optimize the efficiency of electrical system save electricity usage. Find the root causes of systematic problem to solve problems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Dispatch team to complete Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Reactive Maintenance (RM) of electrical system
• Maintain drawing and equipment list to monitor them are frequently updated
• Report operation, AM, PM, and RM data to Utility Management Dept Head to get efficient feedback
• Train the team with professional knowledge to increase their electrical skill
• Evaluate working performance of the team to decide the improvement they need
• Review electrical project from all related departments so that project runs smoothly
• Analyze and solve the problems that found in Electrical System and give solution to the team
• Give coaching and counseling to the team if any abnormal situation in Electrical System and team performance
• Follow company program:

1. Implement and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including use and monitoring of use and providing PPE), energy, quality, and environment programs to monitor company management system
2. Provide information about work accidents / issues, identify, provide advice, conduct briefings and socialization / training related to OSH, energy, quality, and environment programs to monitor and improve company management system

Requirement:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Required language: English
• Min 3 years experience in the same field and preferably experience from Shoe Manufacturing Industry.
• Personality / Character : Leads and influences other, Customer focus, Drives collaboration
• Knowledges and Skills: Electricity system, Repair, operate, and maintain electrical systems, Drawing, Problem solving, Leadership, Managerial skill
• Understanding vission mission company & safety policy
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
