Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - Distributed Energy Systems di tempat usaha PT Tanah Laut Tbk untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

We’re looking for a proven performer who can operate with autonomy in a small but highly skilled team, who has top-notch experience providing design and implementation for multiple forms of renewable energy sources including but not limited to PV, wind, solar, battery storage, and EV charging. You understand designing medium voltage power generation including power distribution systems (380V – 20kV: generator backup, ATS, MTS).

This role will entail:
· Lead design and technical analysis for battery energy storage, distributed energy resources (DER’s), and microgrid design.
· Perform load flow studies to understand the effects of renewable energy on a power system.
· Provide designs for required relaying/metering, switchgear design, and specification of the system.
· Design and plan electrical power systems projects in the order of 1MW – 15MW.
· Design and specification of power and control systems, system layouts, load calculations, equipment sizing, and selection, performing calculations of lighting systems and associated controls for assigned projects.
· Electrical utility resilience planning and long-term master planning.
· Ably to facilitate discussions with the Owner and Utility around decisions for future-proofing large-scale electrification infrastructure.
· Working across time zones.

Essential:
· 5-10 years of experience with technical lead and design experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
· Current Requirement ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer
· Must be proficient in English
· Knowledge of codes, standards, and incentives for alternative energy systems
· AutoCAD systems (or equivalent).
· Familiarity with microgrid/DER analysis software.
· Experience with short circuit/coordination/arc flash software.
· Have experience in dealing with important divisions at PLN, or have relations working at PLN.
· Strong interpersonal skills and experience helping to maintain successful Client relationships.
Preferred:
· Experience developing cost estimates
· Project management
· Work on solar or storage projects
· Experience working with or for an electrical utility
