Job Description:

Lead and manage the plant’s electrical power system operations, ensuring alignment with maintenance plans and BIB’s production targets.
Ensure compliance with company HSES (Health, Safety, Environment & Security) policies, rules, and regulations.
Develop and monitor meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking and control.
Design and implement strategies for safe equipment operations in line with the production model.
Monitor project execution, preventive maintenance compliance, and shutdown completions; evaluate work quality and completeness.
Supervise maintenance activities to meet electrical statutory and internal standards, including coordination with mechanical and civil requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate maintenance with production plans and resolve performance issues.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance and capital budgets in line with business goals.
Coach and develop team members, identify training needs, and promote continuous improvement.
Review and approve maintenance policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations.
Drive asset management improvements, with a focus on planning, reliability, and sustainable maintenance practices.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in electrical power system, preferably in mining or heavy industrial operations.
Proven leadership in managing plant maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of asset management, maintenance best practices, and HSES compliance.
Budget management and project execution experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team development skills.
