Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), & D4 (Diploma). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

1. To do the overall trouble shooting of electrical system, equipment and machineries, including electronic controls and instrumentation based on schedule of preventive maintenance program on Brewery machinery.
2. To do maintenance of electrical system, equipment and machineries, including electronic controls and instrumentation based on schedule of preventive maintenance program on Brewery machinery.
3. To do maintenance activities for the transformer, electrical power distribution system, Main distribution panels, Motor Control Centre Panel, Grounding, and motor include the protection system.
4. To record and report all activities on the whole brewery area to Electrical & Automation Supervisor.
5. To do daily observation to predict possibility of breakdown of machinery on the whole brewery area and report his observation to his superior and discuss for following up the problem if any.
6. Adhere to all EHS policies, procedures, regulation and methods in the workplace at all times and exercises care in performing work in order to avoid accident.
7. To collect data, report daily, weekly, monthly condition of each machinery on his area.
8. To manage and monitoring housekeeping in their each area periodically.
9. Together with utility operator running the Generator Power Back Up during the Government Electricity black out.
10. To manage and monitoring housekeeping in their each area periodically.
11. Know and understand all of applicable EHS regulation related with his/her area and activities and follow all of instruction/procedure to ensure the compliance to the regulation.
12. Give report and suggestion to ensure the working places in safe and healthy condition.
13. Actively participate in water saving program, energy saving, waste minimization and other cleaner production program.
14. Actively participate in continual improvement program of Safety, Health and Environment.
15. Understand the identification and how to control the environmental aspect and hazard according to their area and activities.
16. Actively do BBS (Behavior Based Safety) to create safety behavior culture to all of people.
17. To wear the required PPE at all times in working area.
18. To follow the prescribed safety procedures when doing maintenance activities.
19. Ensure that any spillages and waste products are properly disposed of following safety and environmental procedures.
20. To report to respective supervisors any deficiencies which might lead to non-conformances to the environmental and safety policies of the company.
