Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi EHS Supervisor di tempat usaha PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia untuk domisili Jawa Tengah atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Teknik & Teknik Lingkungan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.          Develop, improve and implement standard operating procedur of HSE

2.          Responsible for the smooth implementation of the project from the HSE aspect.

3.          Responsible for work safety and security at site and its subordinates such as safety officer, safety engineer, safety admin, etc.

4.          Ensure all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.

5.          Ensure, check and conduct monthly inspections on the appropriateness and availability of PPE and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.

6.          Ensure safety signs at the work site are properly installed.

7.          Provide training to workers such as the use of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency response, etc.

8.          Monitor the implementation of the SOP has been implemented properly by all employees.

9.          Create a program to minimize hazardous waste so that it is well accommodated.

10.        Provide hazardous waste storage for each work unit.

11.        Routine inspection of the impact and hazards of the work carried out.

12.        Implement and create a HSE Meeting program every month.

13.        Organizing and leading emergency simulations every month so that when an emergency actually occurs it can be anticipated.

14.        Obtain monthly reports on the inspection.

15.        Conduct daily briefings and instructions to HSE Officer, Staff.

16.        Reprimand and give sanctions to workers who violate the established occupational safety and health (K3) regulations.

17.        Coordinate safe work permits/work permits have been implemented in each work unit, especially contractors.

18.        Can solve problems, investigate, audit and provide input for something that is not safe.

19.        Responsible for the company’s environmental impact assessment report until the approval document is obtained;

20.        Responsible for the company’s safety evaluation work (if the government has this requirement);

21.        Responsible for the handling of the company’s pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and other special equipment and facilities for safe use permits (if required by the government);

22.        Responsible for handling the safe use permits for the company’s elevators, forklifts and other special equipment and facilities (if required by the government);

23.        Responsible for handling, checking and updating the operating permits of the company’s special equipment and facility operators, such as high-voltage electrician certificates, low-voltage electrician certificates, forklift driver’s licenses, pressure vessel and pipeline operation certificates;

24.        Responsible for the annual review and calibration of the company’s special equipment and facilities (the specific time period complies with the requirements of Indonesian laws and regulations), such as forklifts, elevators, pressure gauges, safety valves, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, etc.;

25.        Responsible for the external liaison and handling of the company’s safety management, fire management, environmental management and other matters by the government regulatory agency;

26.        Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the company’s sewage treatment station, including the management of personnel in the sewage treatment station;

27.        Assist the Human Resources Department in dealing with the occupational health of Indonesian employees;

28.        Responsible for inspecting, improving, and checking compliance with the mandatory requirements of relevant Indonesian laws and regulations in the safety and environmental management system;

29.        Handle other matters arranged by the company

30.        Any other ad hoc jobs as assigned by superiors.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

•           Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental Engineering/Public Health or above;

•           Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE Supervisor or minimum 6 years of experience as HSE Officer in factory/industry/construction or early stage of project construction;

•           Have a General HSE expert certification and expertise that supports HSE (such as first aid, accident investigation, auditor, fire fighting, and Trainer of Trainer (TOT) certification, etc);

•           Proficient in regulations regarding safety and the environment in the industrial park; familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations and certain understanding of local government policies;

•           Proficient in SMKP and SMK3;

•           Having the ability to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to work (PTW), contractor safety management system;

•           Proficiency in spoken and written English (able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage as the role would need to liaise with Mandarin speaking team).

•           Proficient in Microsoft Ppt and report writing.

•           Good communication skills and discipline;

1.          Applicants must be willing to work in Kendal Industrial Park (KIK).

2.          Strong thinking/problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude. 

3.          Proactive, committed and good team player.

4.          If required, applicant will undergo additional training as determined by the company to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities in specific areas relevant to the role of Testing Supervisor
