Lowongan Kerja Pulo Gadung Posisi Ehs Officer di PT PPG Indonesia

As a EHS Officer you will work with all Jakarta PMC department or employees to ensure the business can be run safely and operate in compliance with the applicable ID EHS regulatory requirements and PPG company requirements. You will report to EHS Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Support EHS Manager to implement annual EHS KPIs and work plans driven by the business needs and their PLP.

• To review the EHS performance and provide follow-up technical support.

• Provide daily EH&S management and technical support to:

  • Implement EHSMS effectively to achieve yearly EHS objectives/targets

  • Conduct EHS training for relevant employees.

  • Conduct contractor EHS briefing and monitoring.

• Support on Risk assessment and hazard identification and ensuring workers are provided with suitable protective equipment, such as eye goggles, gloves, respirator and other types of personal protective equipment.

• Conduct inspection of emergency equipment, safety equipment, area inspection and other Environment Health and Safety (EHS) related inspection, also recommend and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

• Coordinate and share any EHS information, EHS training, safety alert, Incident lesson learned and Safety Tips among all employee to Promote culture of safety and environmental responsibility through safety briefing, safety meeting, EHS Informational board, one-on-one discussion and any other method of sharing information. As well as gathering any EHS related issue and provide feedback timely.

• Manage and monitor any EHS measurement and sampling by internal PPG or 3rd party vendor, such as air emission sampling, domestic wastewater treatment sampling, UKL-UPL sampling, Industrial work environmental sampling, and Industrial hygiene sampling.

• Help implement SEA Commercial EHSMS program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, engineering, environment or any related field;

• Fluency in English and major language of region.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in EH&S or related areas.

• Having Safety professional certificates such as AK3 Umum is preferable.

• Familiar with EHS tasks and reports such as UKL-UPL, Proper, P2K3, or Pertek.

• Ability to learn simultaneously in multiple EHS disciplines.

• Good communication skills are necessary to achieve results.

• Understand regulations/policy to provide general overview to site EHS Manager.
