This position is a key Frontline Leader of the QSE Department reporting to the CPS Indonesia QSE Manager. The position will set the Plant’s EOSH strategies and ensure the compliance to local Acts, Codes and Regulations for the areas in the manufacturing site.

–       Lead all matters related to Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability by providing advice, guidance, and management to have a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace.

–       Ensure the management system is equipped to comply with local legislation, company requirement, ISO 45001 and ISO14000.

–       Key holder of local license/permit for site compliance and stewardship i.e. Senior Fire Safety Manager; Hazardous Substances Permit, Energy & Water Manager.

–       Communicate, consult, engage with stakeholders (both internal and external) through meetings, dialogues, training to develop a Safety First and Sustainability Culture mindset within the organization.
