Position Overview

An Educational Sales Consultant is integral to driving our company’s growth in the B2B sales arena. This dynamic role involves engaging with business HR and training managers, identifying their unique learning requirements, and suggesting optimal educational solutions from our courses.

Consultants are responsible for responding to inquiries, recommending training packages for teams that resonate with client objectives, establishing strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Additionally, they should efficiently coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs. It’s essential for candidates to have a working proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing, to communicate effectively in this role.

As an Educational Sales Consultant you will play a crucial role in our growth by handling incoming leads and engaging with clients of various businesses (B2B sales). Your understanding of training needs, matched with our comprehensive offerings, will enable you to provide the best solutions for teams looking to enhance their skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries and leads, understanding the unique training and development needs of each business.
• Collaborate with prospects to develop tailored training solutions that align with clients’ goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through excellent communication and customer service.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Conduct telephone and online meetings and presentations and negotiations, closing deals effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education or corporate training industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Appetite for Personal development and growth
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Working proficiency in English (Spoken & Written)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom and CRM software.
