We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Education Solution Ambassador. As a Education Solution Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to actively promote and sell the educational programs and services offered by our organization. You will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students and parents, generating leads, and providing them with comprehensive information about the benefits and features of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and Sell: Take an active role in promoting and selling our educational programs and services. Utilize effective sales techniques to reach out to potential customers.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels and strategies, identifying potential students and parents who may benefit from our educational offerings.
3. Consultation and Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns and presenting our programs in a compelling manner.
4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and preferences.
5. Customer Support: Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide support to parents and students throughout their journey with our organization.
6. Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns that align with the organization’s goals.
7. Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding the set sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
• Result-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational and CRM products or services is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
• Ready to undertake business trips to meet clients and participate in company exhibitionsion
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in a foreign language, preferably English, is a plus.
• Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
