Butuh cepat!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Education Consultant Supervisor (EF Tangerang, JakBar, Sentul) di tempat usaha EF English First untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Pendidikan/Pelatihan & Pendidikan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

The role:

Although the Education Consultant Supervisor role is focused on sales, he/she needs to appreciate the education industry and EF products to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.

What exactly will you be doing?

You will be responsible for providing sales consultations to first-time customers, effectively identifying their needs, introducing appropriate products, and selling EF products to help meet their needs.

Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and get referrals.
Invite and Consult customers on their needs and interests, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation.
Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target
Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center.
Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed

What are the basic requirements?

Love children and care about their growth
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & closing deals
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
A results-driven person
Good emotion and stress control
Can-do attitude, emotionally intelligent, and passion
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
Sales or education industry experience is a bonus
Good level of English
