Requirement: 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Business or Marketing or related fields
• Have experience in E-Commerce/retail industry
• Have experience in Project management & Client management
• Preferred experience in 3rd Party Marketplace such as Lazada/Zalora/Tokopedia/Shopee/Bukalapak
• Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented and skill negotiator
• Knowledge in digital media channels and social media is an advantage

Description of Duties:

• Develop & implement marketing strategies for the company’s social media
• Creating & managing regular post schedules and building a strong online community
• Design, create, curate and manage eye catching social media content & ad campaigns.
• Manage online stores on marketplace & brands’ website via content, image and banners upload
• Create powerful digital campaign package for sales division
• Create digital/online marketing strategy for customer through mobile & web channel
• Maintain and update store information via content, image and banners upload
• Reporting performance periodically to Directors
• Achieve company monthly targets sales
• Planning & submitting prices, deals and promotions on the marketplace platforms
• Investigate customer feedback and provide useful solutions to operational issues and other areas of improvement
• Coordinating with the warehouse, finance and other support functions to ensure strong execution
• Building the optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy by brand
• Data reporting, analysis and presentation for key brand stakeholders
• Driving company’s brands’ performance on third-party online marketplaces
• Assist closely with marketing to execute marketing & onsite investments
