Job description & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the best marketing systems, standards and practices on ecommerce
• Deeply understand business marketing, break down business goals, locate business problems, find product solutions, and integrate cross-team resources for solution implementation on ecommerce campaign
• Perform planning, executing, managing and evaluating campaign on ecommerce buying
• Work closely with the related team including content, performance, strategist, etc
• Have a fundamental knowledge on Media-Marketing, SEO in page, Keyword Research, and  Social Media Ads that can help boost ecommerce campaign
• Thinking of appropriate content material according to the marketing concept carried
• Focusing on the quality and safety of E-commerce content, profoundly understanding and following up on business progress, and helping product function optimization iterations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of e-commerce experience as a product/strategy operator
• Excellent data analysis ability, be able to find business problems from data, and be able to convert business problems into data indicators
• Excellent logical thinking, user insight, and business sensitivity
• Excellent communication skills, strong cross-team collaboration skills and team management experience
• Have direct experience in the maintenance and management of websites, especially E-Commerce
• Has extensive knowledge in the world of E-Commerce, especially in the areas of marketing strategy planning, product development, competitive strategy, industry trends, and consumer research, to the best way of implementing it.
• Have mature knowledge regarding various types of sales strategies and marketing platforms
• Detail-oriented and familiar with website design
• Have good collaboration and communication skills
• Have multitasking and analytical skills.
