Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree or above, major is not specified; passionate about e-commerce or Internet industry development.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100% with shifting system.

• Actively participate in the activities organized by the school and have certain leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational online store including but not limited to creating and maintaining store content, ensuring all content is current, and adding products to store categories.
• Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
• Act as liaison officer to communicate all online stores’ programs and needs with the third-party marketplace.
• Coordinate with other departments, customer service, and warehouse for better results.
• Manage and monitor the online store’s stock.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
• Monitor online customer feedback and liaise with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
