Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Ecommerce Operation di tempat usaha Locus—company untuk kota/kab Tangerang dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & E-commerce serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 3.000.000 - Rp 4.000.000.

Working hours: 12:00-21:00

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to independently complete the operation and sales of online stores.

2. Summarized and analyzed problems in online store operations, listed solutions to report to leaders for discussion, and implemented solutions.

3. According to sales tasks, decomposed and made sales plans and schemes, and implemented them.

4. In the operation process, implement the data-oriented and refined operation, and regularly output review documents to the store in the form of data analysis and report to the leader.

5. In the operation process, be able to detect the growth point of the store and incorporate the growth point into the operation plan to increase the sales volume of the store.

6. Be able to find reference cases that can be used as optimization direction from the development trend and communication of the e-commerce industry, and incorporate them into the store operation plan.

Job Requirements:

1. Good communication skills, learning ability, and numerical analysis ability

2. Have basic project management knowledge and adapt to multi-threaded work

3. Fluent in English as a working language

4. High school education or above (ability is important, education is not the main reference standard)
