Currently we are looking for a great candidate as E-commerce Specialist who could handle our clients’ Shopee and Tiktok Platforms.

What You Have To Do

1. Oversee the listing, updating, and overall management of products on the online store to ensure a comprehensive and appealing product offering.

2. Develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns to promote products, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.

3. Manage the store’s advertising strategy, including the creation and optimization of ads on various platforms to drive traffic and sales.

4. Regularly analyze store data to gain insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness, using these insights to make informed decisions.

5. Identify and highlight the unique selling points of products, ensuring they are effectively communicated to the target audience to drive sales.

6. Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and notifying relevant teams of significant changes. Make flexible adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid potential disruptions.

7. Oversee and enhance important experiential metrics such as shipping speed, product reviews, returns and refunds, and customer service performance. Identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What We Need From You

1. Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.

2. Understanding the foundational logic behind e-commerce operations and curiosity to learn.

3. Comfortable working with numbers as you’ll often look at sales, margins, ads performance, and conversion data to make better decisions.

4. Able to highlight and present product value clearly to customers.

5. Internship or Fulltime working experience in e-commerce field is a plus.

6. Eager to grow in a dynamic team and take ownership of your work.

7. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

8. Willing to do Onsite work at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
