Qualification:

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Having experiences minimum 2 years as Ecommerce Specialist in related industry is preferable
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Have an understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing tools and tactics, such as SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, retargeting and more
• Familiar with web analytics and ability to interpret sales and traffic data
• Able to write attractive product descriptions and arouse consumer interest
• Expertise in managing customer interactions through e-commerce platforms and answering questions or feedback effectively
• Ability to generate creative ideas to improve sales and customer experience on e-commerce platforms
• Able to create attractive visual content such as product images, graphics, and short videos

Job Description:

• Manage the PT Kreasi untuk Negeri e-commerce platform, including managing product catalogs, updating inventory, and setting prices
• Ensuring that the e-commerce platform keeps running smoothly and maximizing the user experience
• Implement e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, retargeting, and other tactics to increase product visibility and sales
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies
• Create and optimize attractive and informative product descriptions to increase interest and sales
• Manage visual content such as product images, graphics and videos to increase product appeal on e-commerce platforms
• Manage interactions with customers through the e-commerce platform, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide good customer support
• Improve customer experience by ensuring smooth and efficient ordering, payment and delivery processes
• Track and analyze sales data, visitor traffic
