Job Responsibilities:
– Drive sales growth in the Indonesian e-commerce channel to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Develop and carry out the strategic online/Ecommerce marketing plan. 
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers on e-commerce platforms, assisting them in optimizing their sales performance in the Indonesian market.
– Conduct regular check into local e-commerce platforms to establish and maintain cooperative relationships.
– Collaborate with channel partners and the brand headquarters to formulate and implement operational goals and strategies.
– Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations.
– Manage relationships with external third parties in the marketplace sector.
– Perform market data analysis, monitor market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly  to deliver strategies that achieve KPIs..
– Train and maintain the productivity of the sales team.
– Manage accounts receivable and ensure the security of the company’s assets.
– Propose promotional plans and manage budget expenses, ensuring effective budget utilization, and regularly presented report regarding the budget.
– Do the market research analyzing and buying behavior. 
– Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of message and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation the customer in online/ecommerce business 
– Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Key Qualifications:
– Age 23 – 30 Years Old, male or female
– Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in managing Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
– Have great knowledge about E-commerce business
– Willing to work within target
– Strong communication and team management skills.
– Well understanding about new trends and modern technology specifically in online /ecommerce business
– Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude to evaluate the market trend as well the performance of the account.
– Self-driven team player with the ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
– Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
– Has personal Laptop
