E-Commerce Sales Assistant- Bali

We are seeking an E-Commerce Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform and should be based in the Bali region.
Responsibilities:
  • Process online orders, manage order statuses, and coordinate with the operations team and logistics.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve feedback, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock on the e-commerce platform.
  • Assist the e-commerce head with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records related to e-commerce activities.
  • Update banners, promotions, and other content on the e-commerce site.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related area.
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales administration, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Ability to bring own devices such as a laptop.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Motivation & Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
  • Salary IDR 3,500,000 – IDR 5,000,000 after successful completion of the probation period.
  • Probation period: 1-3 months (Salary during probation: IDR 3,000,000).
  • Monthly bonuses for target achievement.
  • Coverage for work-related expenses.
  • Work location: Company office in Ubud, Bali.
