Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & E-commerce serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

Full time college degree or above, major in design and e-commerce is preferred.
More than 1 years of operation experience in E-Commerce or Internet company.
Strong sense of responsibility, hard work and dedication, with a team cooperation spirit.
Have good learning ability, special research spirit, flexible, and efficient work.
Work Placement: OPPO HQ [Pluit, Jakarta Utara].

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for the planning and coordination of Operational activities on the platform Correspond to internal and external resources, implement activity plans, optimize store and product rankings.
Responsible for increasing the click through rate and page views of the store, and complete the store sales target.
Responsible for daily data monitoring (traffic data, transaction data, product management).
Analyze Data, Optimize and adjust campaigns based on data.
Regularly plan store activities, report activities, and implement activities to increase store popularity and gather traffic.
To track and evaluate the promotion effects of activities, be responsible for statistical analysis of promotion data and effects, and continuously make optimization plans (do a good job of weekly and daily promotion record statistics, as well as effect analysis and tracking).
