This position will be responsible for online customer service of e-commerce in Indonesia, under the e-commerce department. This position requires basic customer service communication foundation and basic e-commerce platform operation experience. Clearly understand and analyze customer needs, and be responsible for effective customer management and communication.

Responsibilities include: 

1. Proficiency in operating the background system of Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok and other online platforms.
2. Receive customers through Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok, official website online flagship stores, answer questions, facilitate transactions, and obtain orders.
3. Able to reply to customers in time, follow up and feedback customer consultation and solve customer doubts, follow up customer orders and solve general complaints after-sales and logistics problems.
4. Familiar with the company’s products and processes, can effectively make recommendations and answers for different customers (the company provides product training)
5. Can clearly understand the latest promotional activities, remind customers in time and note their special requirements, communicate in time to avoid mistakes.
6. Report the specific situation to the supervisor in a timely manner. If you encounter bad customers and cannot communicate with them during the reception work, you can ask colleagues and supervisors for help if necessary
7. Work proactively. Steady progress. Strong communication and understanding skills, it is strictly forbidden to have the mentality that whether the transaction has nothing to do with me
8. Can accept overtime during specific promotion period to reply and solve customer problems, and make appropriate reminders during specific promotion period.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service industry with proven success record.
2. Strong communication skills and able to solve problems independently
3. Experience of working in platforms or Indonesia local ecommerce market is a plus.
4. Fluent English and Indonesia in both written and verbal communications, English and Chinese is a plus.
5. Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and ability to guide customers to place orders
6. Result-oriented, self-motivation, able to work under pressure.
7. Passionate, strong sense or teamwork.
